Q: Do you track what I do on your website?
A: We track traffic through our site in the aggregate. Your personal information is not associated with these statistics. For more information on how we protect your privacy, please check out our privacy policy.
Q: How do I purchase an item?
A: Once on an item's page, select the options you want if applicable, and click the "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to the shopping cart page.
Q: How do I get back to my shopping cart?
A: At the top of the page, click on the "View Cart" button.
Q: How do I check out?
A: Once in your shopping cart, simply click on the "Checkout" button.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: BuddhasBelly.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. You can also pay by money order, if you prefer.
Q: Is my credit card number safe?
A: Our order form is hosted by Yahoo!, one of the most trusted names on the internet. Our order form resides on a secure server using industry standard encryption. Ordering from our website is as safe as purchasing something in our retail store.
Q: Can I call you with my credit card information?
A: Yes! First, shop as you normally would. When entering your payment information select "Will Call With Card Number". Next, call us toll-free at 1.866.4BUDDHA with your credit card and order number handy. We are at the phones 11am - 8pm EST Monday through Saturday, ready to help.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: All shipping costs are caculated after you enter your shipping information. This way you pay exactly how much it costs to ship your order. Accordingly, you don't have to be worried about hidden handling fees. Normal UPS ground shipping begins at $4.50 for most locations. Q: How long does it take until my order ships?
A: All orders are processed daily at noon EST. If you place your order before that time, we will ship out your order the same day. Otherwise, we will send it out the next day. If for any reason your order is going to be delayed beyond a day, we will notify you by email.
Q: Is your shipping discrete?
A: In order to protect or customers' privacy, all orders are shipped in a plain brown box. The label on the package has Have Mercy Merchandising, our parent company, listed as the shipper.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my credit card's billing address?
A: We currently only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to pay for an order. This policy protects both our customers and us.
Q: What is your return policy?
We are confindent that you will enjoy the products that you purchase from us here at BuddhasBelly.comĒ. We take utmost care in insuring that you receive exactly what you purchased. However, if a mistake has been made, please notify us and we will correct the problem at no cost to you. As no one is perfect, we also understand that you might order something and just not like it when you get it. We will gladly take your order back, as long as it is unused. That's right we don't take pipes back that you have smoked out of. Sorry, but I would never buy a pipe someone else had been smoking out of. If through no fault of ours you want to return your order, you must pay for the shipping returns back to us. Please be sure to get insurance on your package; because, we cannot be held liable for any returns lost enroute to us. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to make a return, please send us an email at Help@BuddhasBelly.com to receive an return authorization. All returns made without authorization will not be honored.
